Hello guys!

I have found some of my files in a different portfolio at Adobe Stock https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/206905184/q

I did actually send support at Fotolia a message and contacted Adobe https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
several days ago but unfortunately they haven't got back to me yet.

Can someone explain this what is happening here?!

You'll probably be asked to send a DMCA notice to Fotolia / Adobe

Now the agency gets to close "q's" account and keep all the money to themselves ...

Tje original artist always loses once to the thief and then to the agency

Very true, I think this is why agencies don't have a duplicate image searches within their sites, that way they can keep all money.

Exactly, why should they care where the money is coming from, as long as they are making more.
