Anyone knows about this?  I am trying to confirm, but I can't see anywhere if OFFSET is only image exclusive or series exclusive..

Image exclusive! of course if you want to be exclusive you can!

im offset exclusive direct contributor and non exclusive by westend61.

All depends of what contractual relatiuonship you sign

So if OFFSET accepts some images from a serie but the rest doesn't, can I sent these non accepted to another place??

You cant send sister images to any RM/RF agency. Thats for microstock!

are you sure that OFFSET accepts exclusive images only?

I don't think it's worth to give the exclusivity of an image to anyone,

no agency sell enough to deserve exclusivity in 2018!

Forget it!  I did and so did most others!.......the way SS is going, haha!  well just imagine sticking RM images into their so called " top notch" agency! and on top of that exclusive images. Its all so pretentious!  like the EU: want everything and give nothing in return!

For exclusivity you want to join one of the long established Traditional agencies!

To me the best is Westend61, not just as agency, but also the people there are awesome. There you can sell non-exclusive to all top agencies, while submit on exclusive base in Westend61. And they have the best search presentation as they have the best collection at the moment. My personal opinion...

Aren't they specialised in people photos and travel? I didn't manage to get in. I don't take people photos.

Westend is Ok but its still mainly a distributor and that means a 40-30-30 split and they are not having a very good placement at GI or Alamy etc, etc and then youre down to almost micro prices anyway. Check out BAPLA!  they have a whole list of trad RM agencies, many are highly niched ( which is good) because thats where the money is!

Interesting to hear. I was going to apply to Image Source next week but wondering if a distributor is better like westend? I don't know what to do... Usually with these agency's your images are in contract for 2-3 years so I want to make sure I put the images in the most successful agency for me.
