Of course it's one thing being awarded the money (and hopefully your legal expenses) but it's quite another actually getting it. Even the judge appeared to acknowledge that in his ruling;
"In the 8 May ruling, details of which have been published HERE, the judge said he hopes the parties will negotiate with each other to bring the case to a close."
