Anyone else tried Luma AI? https://lumalabs.ai/

Here's my first attempt, created from a video, walking around the post box 3 times, with the camera high, head level and low. Can rotate the image, zoom in and out. Can make stills from it, or video, or import it into blender. I haven't got a clue what I'm doing, but it was fun. This would be an interesting future for photography/video. Make a video of the scene, then make whatever photos or video clips you want from it. Hope someone here is into this and can explain it better than I can.

I just looked and didn't sign in. What is required to make the AI output? I mean, does it have to be video, or would a walk around using a still camera work?

Interesting mail box.

I think stills work too, like doing a panorama, but you need to cover the 360. The AI fills in bits you miss. As I only found out about this a few days ago, I'm no expert, but some of the things I saw on YouTube look amazing.

A use for AI that doesn't involve theft.  Nice!
Certainly worth looking into.

Thanks, looks like fun. The reason I asked in advance, I did a 360, walking around a car, and had tried to paste it together. That was in 200# something. The software was supposed to stitch the image as inside a barrel. Didn't work.

If I can find that set, it could be fun.
Thanks!

If a drone is banned, this might be an option, nice you can do it with just a phone. Seems AI improves fast, so hopefully the quality will improve soon https://youtube.com/shorts/bKZQ5CpfRTk?feature=shared

Wow, that looked cool. What was your original input? Did you input an image, did you do an actual walk around video?

A walkaround video. Seems easier than taking a bunch of photos? This was just with my phone.

Ah, lol - okay. I thought somehow the computer had 'stiched' several images into that, but if you did a walkaround, makes more sense...

Crazy how fast things are progressing. I'm excited and scared at the same time.
