The photographer probably did shoot an alternative 'white' version but the agency gave it a 'too similar' rejection ;D

Why Asian person's face has not been replaced? I guess designer did not know that neither black or Asian are largely represented in population of Poland :-)

I don't see the issue.  Sure, the lighting doesn't match the best, but aside from that, I see nothing wrong.

I think that new model release is wrong from STKA, and lighting from new guy is for lobotomy.  ;D

I can understand some level of targeted marketing, but also, by now everybody should be used to seeing faces of people of all races at least...

How many caucasian models do you have with hands that have the skin tones of a 'colored or black' person?

The reason the guy was replaced was a marketing one, the Polish people who are mainly caucasian had a large number of non nationals a few years ago, and now they only have a smal percentage so the image did not fit.

Right.  So, nothing wrong.

What about MR of the white/black guy? Do they have both releases?
I am from Serbia, and I can say we have insignificant number of black people. But we all see them everyday in movies, music videos, newspapers, magazines, commercials etc. etc. So, I really don't see the reason for replacing this guy's head.
Maybe sjlocke is right and there is no problem in replacing guy's head. But in the same time it's kinda unethical... What would be if they wanted to put this guys head in the place of girls head? Would it be alright also?
