I need your advice!

Between 2007 and about 2015, I uploaded around 2000 photos to most of the well-known Microstock photography sites. I have not uploaded any photos since then. To add the description and keywords to my photos, I used Prostockmaster, and I always found it to work well, without any problems.

Today, I processed some photos to upload to these sites, however, when I went to find Prostockmaster on my computer, it was not longer installed. I Googled Prostockmaster, and installed it on my computer. Unfortunately, I cannot get the program to work. Every time it opens, it comes up with this message "invalid user credentials" and when I click 'OK', the program closes.

I did a search to find out how to fix this problem, and I followed each of the steps, as instructed. However, I still cannot get the message to disappear.

Can anyone give me some advice about this situation? I really want to add the keywords and description to my photos, so I can upload them to the Microstock sites, where I sell my photos.

Add your title and description normally in Lightroom. Add whatever keywords you may think of, but don't spend a lot of time on it.

Upload to ShutterStock, then use their "keyword suggestion" tool, which is integrated into their submission process. When the tool has generated your keywords, copy those and paste them back into Lightroom, then press the Submit button in SS.

Your keywords are now in Lightroom, and every other agency will extract them from the EXIF data when you upload to them.

Allow me to suggest Xpiks, you can use it to both keyword and upload and it's free and very easy to use.

Use Adobe Bridge.

Unlike Lightroom it keeps your keywords in the order you entered them (LR reorders them alphabetically) which is especially important for Fotolia / AdobeStock and maybe some other sites which gives more weight in the search engine to the 1st 7 or so keywords.

There is also no need to bother with online keyword suggestions - if you need just find a few most popular files similar to yours and check out keywords in there, enter them in Bridge and try to put 1st 7-10 by relevance and you're done - you don't have to bother with metadata in that file ever again. Just upload where you want.

Adobe Bridge is also good to use for viewing / working and organizing your files, it's more handy than Windows Explorer.
