Do you ever tweak the order of your keywords in Adobe Stock? Just wondering if you were aware of a noticeable difference and whether or not you feel it's worth doing now and again?

It's difficult to measure the effectiveness of it.

(a) You don't really know what buyers are searching for (you are guessing).
(b) You probably won't tweak a 'good selling' image.
(c) Only way you'd know is if you tweak something that sells nothing (that you think should be selling something), and then see a big spike in sales. But that would be a very time consuming process (especially as it seems it has been made deliberate difficult to tweak keywords once approved, i.e., you have to use your mouse, drag/drop keywords/etc).

So no. I think I did do it 1-2x, but it was so time consuming, and there wasn't a real easy way to see if it made any difference at all, just left it.

According to Adobe the image is ranked during the first month that it's live. Also adding or tweaking keywords has minimal value.

I'd say that adding more suitable words, could help, if those words are actually searched, but indexing and rating the images, is fairly fixed after 30 days. I don't believe that tweaking the keyword order will make much of a difference.

Sorry about the repeat, but I wanted this to show as new for you.  :) Happy watching or at least you have the threads now.

1) Images initially get ranked by customer response during the first 30 days. Your keywords and title are most important during that time.

2) After 30 days, changing the keywords or order, will not have much effect on image rank, from the customers. There are other factors that still can move an image up or down.

3) Adding detailed information, location, keywords or concept word combinations, will still help get an image found. Updating older images may not change the rank, but it will make the image more searchable.

4) Categories are not very important
