I have a nasty feeling they are all AI.

AI creates images based on the real ones that the developers fed it. Therefore, I think it is unlikely to distinguish visually.

Dropping to 2 answers. Instinctively I guess they all are but in the interest of actually leaving my mind to see if it suspects any images of being fake beyond being photoshopped to death with various filters which are probably a.i. as well

3- AI man's weight distribution looks wrong. Bag looks wrong.
4- Reality / AI both She looks right but the Bokeh looks jelly like.

It is still possible to tell if it's AI or not as long as the image is at a size where you can zoom in (maybe 4 mepapixels and above). It is not possible to tell from thumbnail size images like these.

My vote the same all AI, made to look like AI and too small to look close.

I took a look with the display zoomed - it's really hard to evaluate such small thumbnails - but here are my guesses:

1- AI - everything super-green super-lush & the cows aren't fenced in
2- AI - barren valley & lush hilltops with chocolate-box art vibe
3- AI - lighting looks fake
4- AI - shoulder blade looks unreal and the glass stem is unusually long
5- AI - Lights softly hazy and shadow areas very pale; greenery blobby & uniform color
6- Reality Way over-processed, but looks like a cleaned up long exposure shot
7- Reality
8- AI - I don't think there's a view like that or columns/tiles like that in the real thing
9- AI - Odd combination of rounded boulders and super-jagged peaks and grasses up that high?
10- AI - lighthouse looks tiny and unclear where the light on the water is coming from with such dark clouds
11- AI - hands
12- AI - lighting on ball doesn't match lighting on dog (but it could be a bad composite)

your statement is not true (and has been explained multiple times) no actual images are created under normal use. an uploaded photo may be submitted for new generations, but no indication that is the case here

the artist does own the copyright under US law - the copyright office view is only an opinion and doesn't change the law. there is no requirement to register with that office

When you say "during the day" you refer to daytime, when the sun is up. When you say "during a or each day" you refer to the 24 hours period of a full day.
