Anyone else get an email to change their password on GL? Can't even open their site without being promoted to change my password.

Yep, got it as well. Seems legit. I changed mine - uploaded some images  - everything seems OK.

When I logged in to their site today it showed a message that I will receive a verification email and will have to change my password, so that seems to be ok. Did it, worked fine.

Took me three attempts to reset password but it is OK now and have completed uploading for today.

Stopped uploading a while back but had a sale so a flicker of life will start uploading again when I get time

I'm unable to get into my account.  Trying to resend the email, and then clicking on the link gives a "page not found" error.  Anyone get in touch with them?

Uploading?  You guys are actually getting sales there?

I haven't had one in months.

Had a sale in April $1.04 and that was the last one.

Then they started rejecting images with the snippy "We are not interested in this image. Thank you for submitting" so I stopped uploading.

Sales stopped round the time they were sold off

I got a page not found error the first time, but tried again (I think I had the mail resent a second time) and then it worked. Clearly buggy but I didn't contact them as I was able to log in in the end. This was yesterday or Saturday, I think.

Hello guys,

was anyone able to get through to GLStock via email? My problem is that they apparently sent the verification email to a wrong email address (must have been originally my fault by giving them a wrong email address with a minor typo - but then how were I able to open an account with a wrong email address?..).

Anyway, since November I've tried multiple times to reach GLStock by email (via [email protected]) and/or via the contact form on their site. Every email fails to be delivered due to "unreachable server". After a longer break, yesterday I've made a new email attempt, but with the same result  :(.

Hope someone managed to reach them and can give me a hint how to do that..

Hello everybody, if you are emailing us at [email protected], there is no reason that those emails would not come to us.  We respond to all emails and support requests as soon as possible.

I understand it could be a bit annoying dealing with our email verification process.  However, I'm sure you all know that it comes from a good place, where we are ensuring the security of each of our members accounts.  This measure is just one of several security features we've added to the site.

If you are having trouble with your account's verification, please email us at [email protected], or feel free to message me here and I will handle the verification for you.  I see people are saying that this is an undeliverable email in this thread, but it is working just fine.

We are working very hard on making improvements to the site and increasing sales.  We did not purchase this business with the expectations that after only 4 1/2 months, things would change from night to day.  We are spending our time, money, and efforts rebuilding the foundation of the business.  We have major changes coming, including adding several exciting features for buyers, adding new earning opportunities for sellers, and topping it all of with a major overhaul of our entire website.  Unfortunately, when we took over the site and dove into the code with our developers, we had some pretty major setbacks in terms of time, because we had to spend months fixing old issues before we could begin working on new releases.  If there were a switch to flip that would increase all of our members sales, we would flip it.  However, it's clear that there's more to increasing sales than just throwing marketing dollars at the site.  The site needs a major overhaul in design and functionality, and that is what we are giving it.

I certainly understand why some people would be frustrated with sales volume, and with certain bugs on the site.  We are here working every day on making improvements, fixing bugs, and working on the launch of a product that we can be most proud of to call "our own".  Behind-the-scenes, we are making great progress, and 2017 is going to be a year of great, positive changes for GL.

No worries, I'm in for the long haul.  I just closed my accounts at SS  and DT, because I was getting nothing but subscription sales and didn't want to support that 'business model' any longer.   But I'm sticking with GL.
