Same here. Some of my submitted video files are from 10 days ago and still pending

yes my files have been online for nearly a week-they used to review them in a day or so. Probably no reviewers?

Been a week for mine too, editorial videos are being reviewed in 2 or 3 days thereabouts but the commercial videos have slowed way down in recent weeks.

Yep, right now they are really slow with images and video.
Not as slow as Wirestock tho. Those people set the record for slow.

Editorial videos went through fine within normal review times.

One of my images got reviewed in 2 seconds. It's the first time I've seen Ai reviews in action. I'm sure SS uses them regularly but I've never seen them admit it in the reviews before. So quite interesting this.

PS: The AI was right. The image does have some issues but I just took a chance.

Finally reviewed with 9/10 approved. I don't submit too many in any one batch and only 1 to 3 from each shoot.

Oh sure, right after I made a joke about how I was getting reviews in seconds, someone flipped the switch.

Probably another one of those upgrades where no one tests before the new code goes live.  ::)
