Title: motionelements payout(s)?
Post by: SuperPhoto on August 04, 2024, 05:59
Just curious - has anyone made either individual sales, or subscription sales via the motionelements website?

How much was your payout and/or range, and last payout? Just curious, because I have a number of files there (for a few years), and have not yet seen any payout... did 'recently' join the subscription site, and nothing from there either... just wondering what kind of range/sales you have had for either, if you have had them...

Thanks!

Thanks - you mean $48 on average each month (so, like about $1200 over 2 years/24 months)? (not sure what you mean by the $1.xx)

Odd... because I don't seem to have gotten anything... Hmm (I have a bit more assets than you do)...

Thanks!

I don't want to specify the earnings figure. But it is among the top three stock sites 2 or 3 times a year. It has never been better than Adobe and istock, but there are months when it is better than Shutterstock. (The payment system has also changed, they now send payments every month)

(I am a video and photo producer. I have a small amount of free custom work. I don't know if it has any effect.)

mmkay, were you doing the subscription, or individual clip income? what was your pricepoint?

No $48 for 2 years in total and this is around $1.and some cents per month /this mean xx because can be from 0.1 cents to 0.99cents/ I hope it is clear. Simple not good agency for me right now :)

I mentioned in this thread https://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/motionelements-worth-contributing-to (https://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/motionelements-worth-contributing-to) that I was having trouble getting a response from their contributor support (or lack of) to resolve a PayPal problem.

They never responded, but after logging in today I had a message in the contributor portal saying that I had to re-link my PayPal account. So it looks like they sorted it - took a while though.

On a side note, I also received around a dollar in subscription commission for Nov and Dec 2024 - yay?

If anyone's a member at ME it might be worth logging in to see if there's any updates.

I have no problems. But I do not withdraw money to PayPal.

They were sending our payments regularly between the 15th and 18th of each month. The February payment has not been sent yet. The information section says "Upcoming". There is also a warning saying "Final amount may vary due to payment processor fees". My payment method is Payoneer.

Is there anyone else who has not received their payment this month like me or is there a problem with my account?

i've never gotten a payment - have several thousand videos there (including having signed up for their 'subscription' model)... the support really sucks - so not sure if I have made sales - just they haven't 'logged' it (i.e., kept it) or what... doesn't make sense that over several years would have 'never' made a sale there...

Me too, payment didn't arrive between the mentioned dates. But I've also had an ongoing issue with them since last year which they said should be corrected if I indicate my YouTube Content ID status. Not sure what the f*ck that's got to do with them sending the money they owe me. But yes, I'm still waiting for payment and I sent an email requesting the payout before next month.

They are also very slow in responding to your messages, it can take months.

These agencies take the piss.
