I found one of my vector designs in a hat for sale in temu.com
is there's something to do in this case ? Does the Standard license allow a customer to do that?

It would have been easy for someone to pick it up here  https://cdn.dribbble.com/users/2089627/screenshots/14468619/media/4434f50bc8e23d99267a0eda408dddb7.png  and mistake it for a free image.

(a) How did you discover your image on a "hat"? I know there are certain tools to look for similar images - but how did you manage to find "that"?
(b) If you didn't give it away for free - then you can probably contact the temu website.

How did you discover it though? I.e., how did you find out someone else was using it?

A quick search, and you find thousands of almost identical ones (Google image or search on Adobe stock). Nothing creative or authentic here. Made in 60 seconds in illustrator by a no skill beginner.

The general licenses of most sites are very broad and is probably covered (eg I think SS allowed 500K prints ... from memory .... I doubt that Temu will sell half a million hats with the letter M printed on them, if they came close they would just get another license). If you cant prove that they definitely used your artwork and that they did not pay for it then its possible you cant do much about it.
Sometimes it is better to "let it go" than stress about it.
