Hi, first I am a long-term contributor (over 15 years) so know the basics... I have requested payment from Canstockphoto. This time money arrived but Instead of 230 dollars I received just 217USD. Paypal says they deducted transaction fee 12.7 USD. What is this??? I have never had to pay this fee. Is it new? They ask over 3% as a conversion fee and another 5% as a transaction fee??? Does anyone know what is this?

Yes. Canstock lost some part of their business status with PP so they can't do mass pay in the same way so there are now massive fees for us. They are disputing it with Paypal. IMHO 100% Paypal BS and not Canstock's fault, but really sucks for us in the meantime.
