Are there any good ones worth to hire?

Don't know, but I would invest the time into doing it yourself.

1. It would probably not make sense financially.
2. Why trust people to keyword who have nothing to lose if the assets never sell?
3. Do you think the smartest people around would work as keyworders?

On my blog, I recently interviewed Clemency Wright, a leading Keyword and Search specialist.

Here's a link to the interview:

If as has been said Keywording is as important as the images I wouldn't farm it out...I suspect you might find yourself correcting their work and briefing them for as long as you would spend doing the whole  job yourself.

Paying others for keywording is as idiotic as it could be. Can one not look at their own images and see whats on them and then put that in keywords?

actually on reflection maybe if English/American is not your first  language I can see some logic to it but SS keyword suggestion tool is probably enough.

Try www.picworkflow.com

They are really good, (at least they were, and hopefully still are - I haven't looked in quite a while) if you are looking for just keywording or, for a price, a complete uploading solution.

Great if time is pressing or English is not your first language.

The chap who runs it, Bob Davies, has always been very professional with this venture.

My work has grown, so I can't handle to do everything by myself, that's why I am looking for options  ;)

One can also look at the state of their house, pull out some cleaning products, and go to town on the place... but some choose to pay others to do so.

I think it's important to personally control which keywords go where. There are plenty of free ways to do it. That being said, I also saw links to companies provided by Alamy. I never used them and can't tell if they are any good.
