Title: Reviewer job - any useful information?
Post by: Miguel Calo on May 11, 2013, 15:56
Hi, everybody!

I am doing a research for my own interest. First of all, I would like to know about remote reviewers, if anyone has some info about it.

How much are they paid per hour?
What kind of contract do they generally have? Self-employment?
Which agencies use to hire remote reviewers?
What about actual vacancies?

Thank you in advance.

p.s.: As a suggestion to MicrostockGroup, I think it would be useful to have a special board dedicated to jobs in this field!

With relation to microstock....

How much are they paid per hour? - they pay per image reviewed
What kind of contract do they generally have? Self-employment? - yes, and you are usually required to sign a 5 year confidentiality agreement
Which agencies use to hire remote reviewers? - most of the microstock agencies
What about actual vacancies? - usually it's by invitation only.

^ must be exclusive with their agency

as much as I appreciate their desire to keep the team player mentality strong, this type of person has not clue as to standards across all agencies, do they?
