Hi folks, any idea how to get to check all downloads history from a single image ID at Shutterstock?

Thanks.

Theres not a straightforward way to check that for any specific image, however if you go into the 'earnings summary' you will see various tabs such as '25 a day, el, etc' where you can click and there you will get the stats on every image in your portfolio. You just have to search for the particular image your interested in under each tab.

Only totals not history.

You can also get to that same page via the "Insights" link in the top menu bar, then by clicking "Image Gallery Stats (Beta)".

There you can sort by "Total Purchases", which ranks your images by number of purchases.

I once sent a request to SS asking to be able to sort under the 2nd column on the page, "Total Earned", but got no response about that. That column still isn't sortable, which is a shame, since that would let you see which images have earned the most for you.

In the current setup, as Batman says, you can only see the total receipts, but in addition you can see the keywords used to find a given image, which is useful.

I asked them too.
They answered me that they will communicate my request to the technical staff

Same here, Beppe. Do you suppose the tech staff wasn't technically able to do that??? Or it just wasn't high enough priority for them.

The change is a simple one that would take ten minutes total. It is simply a query change to one page.

No doubt you're right. But the point is... it hasn't happened. Must be that the SS tech team has other priorities.

Yes. Often the best-seller in subs (25/day) is also near the top of the list in ODD's/EL's and SOD's. Then it's easy to just add them all up in cash earned and downloads for each image.

I asked support for this too. Not sure why it isn't there in the first place though. Guess they have their reasons.
