Hi all,

SS didn't approve my vector image stating that the illustration contained two color profiles CMYK and RGB.

I use CorelDraw 12.  I checked each element of my illustration.  The color pallete showed RGB as the color model for all the elements.

I resubmitted the image, but it was not approved and the reason for it was the same: the illustration contains two color profiles, CMYK and RGB.

This time the reviewer added another reason: the illustration contains a bitmap!  Well, as far as I know, there is no bitmap.  All elements of the illustration was created in CD 12.

Please help to resolve this problem.

I guess what could be happening is that the reviewer is opening the eps file in illustrator and there is an element in your CD file that is not compatible with vector form in illustrator...so it bitmaps it.

Have you checked that the document is set up as a cmyk file rather than each element.

I don't know about corel but open EPS file in illustrator and on the color swatches box on the right, delete all the swatches that does not match document's colour profile..

this will surely solve the problem if you understood what I mean..
