Yes, I have been reporting https://www.etsy.com/shop/BigSvgBundle because he steals a lot of my stuffs. I hope more people will join the cause because Etsy will close his/her shop if more report is gathered. Please support.

Hope so, but I've also caught and reported multiple times and yet there he still is...

He have counter notice my claim and I believe he had did the same tricks to others too. Do we have a lawyer here? How can we proceed from here?

proceed where what against who? the moment you proceed you will have already spend money to lawyer who could do anything ...or do you think those people live in usa? most live in ukraine russia thailand india...place were nothing work...nobody respect digital law.

I have been all over Etsy reporting my images being sold illegally and I have also contacted several other stock artists when I found their work for sale.

I know of one seller that has probably had 30-40 successful copyright reports in the past week and they're still active and selling stolen digital files daily.

Although Etsy is quick to remove the listing when reported, it appears they will not take any action against the seller.

It's often difficult to find the copyright holder because their Shutterstock profile name doesn't match any other name online. Something to consider when selling stock, you may want to make it easier for people to find you.
Can you post a link to the shop? we may be able to find some of ours too.

Edit: Here's a couple of offenders worth also worth a look:

https://www.etsy.com/shop/BigSvgBundle?
almost 7000 sales in the last year or so, conservatively making 2-3 dollars per sale. Evey items seems to infringe someone's copyright.

https://www.etsy.com/shop/MetalClipart? lots of stuff I recognise in this one

https://www.etsy.com/shop/BestCutDesign?

Etsy's form for DMCA:

https://www.etsy.com/legal/ip/report

I'll add some more prolific offenders when I come across them

BigSVGBundle is one of the biggest snakes at Etsy. I think a lot of people have already reported her, but Etsy is still keeping her shop active. I wonder if notifying companies like Disney would get them to throw their weight around and get shops like these banned for good.

Perhaps just reporting is half the solution.

Actually (maybe) reviewing Etsy as a bad for creators platform is the other half of the solution as long as they don't really care to repair what's broken there?

If as a customer "I" read everywhere negative reviews of a place "I" will avoid it?

You say "Her" but as they are obviously giving false information it could be anyone (male or female). They give their location as NYC in one place and the UK in some of their counter notices. I very much doubt the name they are providing is real either. When Etsy doesn't give a s**t on this level there's not much that can be done. It's like trying to get one of the old Warez sites to take action in the early 2000s.

Yes, I am aware. We dont know who this person is and the address she gave you is probably fake. Map the addresss on her counter claim and see where it is.

Counter claims with fake information is a violation of Etsys terms of service. While Im doing my part, please let Etsy know if the address she give is fake, so they can investigate. This person giving false information on a counter claim may be the best weapon against her/him and get the shop taken down.

Prepare to be super annoyed with Etsy. They don't care. You will get a stock copy and paste answer about how they "can't get involved". I have had it multiple times when pointing out a blatantly fake counter notice (false details etc.) . Lying leaves the crook open to perjury charges, good luck suing someone you know nothing about in a foreign country over stolen stock images. It's why I'm so p**sed on this and the other thread.

...also as well as checking on Google maps for the address I recommend doing a text search for it.

I have caught people using addresses of unrelated businesses before, I guess so all the zip code and telephone information link up too. It could be worth phoning the business to check, they may want to take action against Etsy for letting this go on under their noses.

Do you have Etsy shop?
I have, and for sure that what you're saying about owners id is not real: it's required to know valid credit card and real bank info with real name to be payed. So Etsy for sure knows exactly the real person behind every shop, despite of nickname

Oh yeah, Etsy probably know who they are. They just don't care that they are filling out different/ false information on legal documents to cover up their theft.

They consider it to be nothing to do with them. Of course they care when it's information required for them to get their cut of the dirty money.

Let's just keep filing against this person. Maybe Etsy will take down the shop.

It's been frustrating dealing with Etsy infringers. They think they can sell something because they found it on Google or because 20 other shops are selling it. And when you say a design belongs to you, they want proof and they don't believe it unless it's on the US copyright website.

Etsy makes me appreciate the approach that Shutterstock and Adobe Stock takes. They take down the images and ban entire accounts if more than a couple people file a DMCA request. Etsy is a clusterfuck. The US need to change the law on this Safe Harbor nonsense, because like you said. Etsy is not going to do anything because they like the dirty money.

When someone with enough money and power, files a lawsuit, that's a start. If some big law firm sees that they can make a bundle of money on a class action suit, they will jump on this and have 30,000 of us as clients. We won't get pennies but the precedent will stop the abuse and stop the protection of robbers and thieves, for profit.

Right, Etsy and anyone else who only takes down individual files for complaints is hiding behind the laws and making money from turning a blind eye on crooks.

I'd say write to your congressman or senator but we're too small and they only care about political issues that can get them votes. If we were green or some politically correct complaint, minority group, or ethnic group... then something would change fast. We are just individual self employed entrepreneurs, not of interest to getting power for them or re-elected.

Shop is gone, along with many others. I guess the barraged of DMCA takedowns worked.
