So now it's official, piracy pays and it pays well, and nobody is gonna stop it, even judges are ruling in favor of thieves !

Megaupload founder released and winning in court !!!

French court fully backing Youtube - and adding that they don't even need to pre-screen uploaded videos ????

Google wins against Oracle : stealing Java APIs is now fully legal and encouraged !!
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/05/31/no_copyright_java_api/

now .. W-T-F ... i wonder what's left to be illegal if publishing warez is ok, illegal videos are ok, and stealing code is ok !

and warez includes photos of course, megaupload serving tons of zipped stolen RF photos actually, but once again nobody gives a donkey sh-it.

Thank god... that case was a total farce and slap in the face for democracy. The megaupload guy was arrested because after he became wealthy he decided to give back to the community, giving most of the revenue directly to the artists uploading, offering them a way around the corporate thug's tollbooth. You wish your agencies constantly shafting you in the bunhole were as cool as that guy, you would actually be able to make living you moro.. fool. It was unbeleivable that this could happen in the so called 'free world'. Pretty north korean. Do you really cheer for the police (paid by you) being the thugs for copyright cartels, kicking down your door armed to the teeth, dragging you away face down in the mud on their order for some mp3, while that psycho Jamie Dimon and Jon Corzine just nods their shoulders after making billions and billions of dollars magically disappear? You want to live in a banana republic run by monopolists? Are you really this clueless or is this some kind of an act? I just can't believe people can be this stupid.

You crack me up  ;D giving back to the artists. Good one.  :D

ETA and could you please try to make ay least one comment without calling anyone who disagrees with you names. It makes you seem immature and will detract from any argument you may make in future, if you ever decide to make an argument rather than just repeating assertions and name calling. This is why you have so many ignores already and have been called a troll.

In that case, even a child seems to be smarter than you.

khhhmm.... besides trying to hide 'having not the slightest clue about the subject at hand' by calling me a troll... does any of you actually have anything intelligible to say? : )) I tried to help but sure, you can also make a sport of staying confused... I don't mind it that much. It has already made you create 'bout 6000 pages (and counting) of useless whining with zero effect on anything, so I guess being confused and clueless is some kind of a hobby. I knew a guy who collected miniature screwdrivers. You never know... : D

Your first argument actually was sound in it's way aside from the antagonistic approach. You seem to be simply looking for something to fight about rather than inviting debate. Make your point without insulting everyone's intelligence and you will get an intelligible response. As it is everyone is right to ignore you and call you a troll. You act like a 12 year old. I suspect you are.

The exact opposite happened to Youtube in Germany where they "lost" the case against the GEMA and they are now forced to pre-screen uploads for unlicensed music used in videos.

Videos containing the music of 12 German artist had to be immediately removed from Youtube. The judge ruled that it's Youtube responsibility to pre-screen content in order to protect the artists.

yes but then they lost in france, spain, italy, uk, usa  ... there's simply no justice, and i'm sure the next judge will turn the sentence upside down for the usual silly reasons of freedom of speech and bla bla bla

it's now piracy for the masses, one click and go, and what makes my blood boil is that the use of photography on the web has never been as big as today, people LOVE photos, they can't get enough of it, and yet we're the ones getting nothing back and being even told to f... off and to "adapt or die" by the scroungers.
