Hey guys, I've been a long time selling in microstocks... recently I found that since 2011 my drawings are distributing in many websites free download, most are chinese, with his "learning and reference use only". Initially I contacted all the sites and some (very few) have the material removed.
You suggest me that I report it to "DMCA Complaint to Google"?  This only removes it from google and most used search engine in China is baidu, read this not helping me much http://finance.yahoo.com/news/baidu-fined-copyright-infringement-153004680.html [nofollow] What else can be done? Microstocks haven't offered help me.

Assumes responsibility in this case the domain registered with GoDaddy?

What is chillingeffects.org? They can remove content? I can report directly to them or only through Google?

It is written in Chinese language, you can use the Google translate

I was able to delete my drawings in many websites but the Chinese web sites... they ignore me, I talked with them for QQ Messenger and tell me they are not doing anything illegal, the backs are saved them saying that copyright is to whom it belongs and they distribute it free with your learner's license. I have denouncing to the hosting sites but they don't delete my works. Any ideas for delete?

All these years nothing changed... They only ask to write email to maybe remove one image, when all this site should be removed...
:( Not to much efficiency from microstock that takes 70%...
