It's my first time ever to see istock download stuck on 25 of June... no sale for five days... anybody else?

yes, I have a similar problem. my last sale was on 23 of june, but my portfolio at IS is small.
In the first part of the month I had looooots of sales...

Some people seem to experience similar problems, the reason might be that the search functions are not all working properly http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=90200&page=1

I haven't had much of a drop, but did notice softening sales on Thurs & Fri.  I put it down to the search issues.

Monday sales were back to typical for me.

Mine seem to have been rolling along pretty much as normal.

A little less last week than the weeks before, but not significantly so.  All in all June looks a good month for me.

No issue here too. I had sales in the last few days as well as in the whole month. June was the BME for me.

Graffoto

I had consistent sales throughout the month but a much larger % of my downloads were extra smalls  :'(

I don't care for that as a trend.
In any case, total downloads were virtually identical to May but revenue was down significantly.

I don't even remember when I had sale on iStock  ;D

I had good and bad days in June, but I think never such a large gap, but it is not that uncommon if you have a small portfolio like mine.

My sales have slowed a little. I wonder if buyers are having any of the same IE8 issues which have made logging in difficult for some submitters?

I'm sitting on 246 dls and would like to go exclusive, but  with no sales for nearly a week I'm wondering if it's wise to trust such an unreliable site. Sign of things to come?

More likely to be a sign of having such a small portfolio. Build a large, well shot and diverse portfolio and days of zero sales will be a distant memory.

It's a bit difficult to build a large portfolio on istock with 15 slots a week and less than perfect acceptance rate. One reason I want to go exclusive there is the larger upload quota.

I think the "small portfolio" / "big portfolio" does not reflect the actual problem. Might have been in the past when more uploads mostly meant more downloads. But a portfolio built from images that sell just randomly will always see random phases of less or more downloads. Scroll a bit down here to see the "Related Topics" and you will see that others always had similar issues on different sites. It's just part of how it is.

edit: Just having to add that you started uploading at iStock almost at the same time as I did but I still have three times more images online and I feel I have been terribly lazy for months in between.  :-\
Yes, I am biased. But so are you! :-)

Oh well, I guess two out of three isn't too great (I guess my pics can't be well-shot): I had three 0 sales Saturdays in May.
But also remember the dreaded Summer Slump, plus there is a Big American Holiday coming up.
