The site won't come up at all. I get a variety of messages from domain doesn't exist to can't find the server.

Was there a scheduled downtime that I missed the announcement for?

Yeah that was my fault.  Our guys are working on fixing that now.  Good to know this at the end of August then during the big buying months.  I'll be back and report more as we learn more.

The site is back up now but a bit touch and go until we find out what is wrong.  Basically the web server was working too hard and decided to take a break  ;-)  Everything is always backed up so no worries.

Just wanted to give you another headsup so people know what is going on.  service today and yesterday has been spotty.  we are working on the reason why we were being thrown offline and hope we can have it fixed quickly but still need to do some testing.  ill report back more when we learn more ;-)  sorry for the downtime.

I just got an e-mail telling me of two sales  - so it's working somewhere.

ok "We Are Back."  Apparently the web server was grabbing our RSS feed from from the blog and pulling it to itself (dumb i know and not sure why that was happening).  It was pulling a ton of information from the site so we shut the feed off and should be good to go.  Sorry for the bit of downtime.
