I just had this brilliant idea....just wondering if it is possible? can anyone advise?

No it won't matter - it is the sales in the USA that account for the tax, not where you are based (I believe).  Additionally they wouldn't let you.  Other users have tried changing to the EURO site so that they can get paid more (credits are worth either $1.00 or 1 Euro depending on which website you are registered with) but Fotolia won't allow it - even if you are based in a Euro country.
