Is it just me or site is really down?

They closed on 11th Feb and all business has been transferred to IS. Why would you expect the site to be 'up'?

I thought they said they were going to maintain the site for access to account information.

Because I intend to rake in the millions of Dollars earned by my images at ThinkStockPhoto via this site  At least that is how I understood the plan: Opt your photos in for subscriptions at StockXpert, get them transfered to Thinkstock, collect the money at StockXpert

Yes.  That's what I understood also.  Maybe they think that if they shut the site down, we'll forget about the money we're owed. 

Should I worry about my last StockXpert payment? They told me in the middle of February that I'll get it in a "few weeks". Since then....silence.

Probably migrating another big batch to Thinkstock, causing the StockXpert site to go offline.

And it's back.  Nothing changed that I can see.  I suspect it was a wedged server, rather than anything intentional on their part.
