Hi All,

I am having trouble using webdav with Clustershot.  I though it might have been my firewall or virus scan... but after turning those off temporarily, I am still getting the same problem.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, btw.

Anywho... here is what I am getting:

A dialogue box labeled "Copy File" comes up... and it says:

"An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem."

"Error: 0x80070057: The Parmeter is incorrect."  ???

In this dialogue box it shows the thumbnail of the .jpg I am trying to send to clustershot.com that is not going through.

Anyone got any ideas as to how to fix this issue?  I would love to send a lot of files to them especially overnight if I could.

BTW... could it be my ISP?  I am using AT&T DSL.  I also emailed clustershot about the problem... maybe they can figure it out if is their problem or mine.

I had several issues with their webdav gate as well. Mostly speed problems. I switched to the BitKinex client (look for it in google) and all problems gone.

Although they gave me 1/2 year free (for my rants I guess), I deleted my account there yesterday. They are unfit for stock sales as we know it. The Paypal was a disaster. No sizes, no licenses, a lot of window dressing with themes but no meat. Crap turning up on searches, sellers at 1 and at 300$, a buyer's inferno, no unique image ID for integration. I had to stop my integration effort for that. Webdav worked OK for a while, but I had to revert to HTML upload. Too much time lost, especially since they extract private IPTC info. And for 50$, I have my own server for half a year. Waste of time for stock. Gluck.
Money won't make you happy.

Hi Cricket,
Sorry to hear you're having issues. We're looking into it and will get back to you shortly.

FD-amateur: I'm also sorry to hear that you decided to delete your account. You've brought up good points that we are or will be working on: integration, search results, etc. Some issues, like the fact that we allow users to set their own prices, we can just agree to disagree on. Thanks for giving us a try and I hope sometime in the future we'll be able to win you back.
