Last february I decided to have all my StockXpert files tranferred to Thinkstock. In the meantime I contacted StockXpert several times but was told that they are still in the migration process and it can last till the summer before all files are actually on Thinkstock.

Four months later: no files on Thinkstock so no earnings from those images.

Does anyone have the same experience?

My SX photos started showing up on ThinkStock about two weeks ago.  The migration is still going on; my image count is still increasing.

Good __ delighted to hear it.

Nice to know that TS continue to be so hopelessly inefficient and provide such an unrewarding experience to contributors stupid enough to support them.

Exactly, I can't believe anyone hope selling their images there, or wonder why they are not there yet. Being excited by peanuts, wow

This month is the first month that I got earnings reported through StockXpert.

How do I find out how many images I have on Thinkstock? I can't click on any identifier on Thinkstock that shows me my Hemera (StockXpert) images.

Thanks in advance for any help regarding this.

Go to ThinkStock and search for your name in quotes.  If your last name is unusual enough, you can just search on that.  Then go down to the Collections menu and click on Hemera.  Click the white-on-blue Search button to rerun  the search on your name, but with just the SX images displayed.

Fantastic.

I wonder why I never thought of putting my own name in the search box  ::)

Thanks!

you can't log in to TS - you must log in to StockXpert, your earnings are still reported there

and you can ask a normal payout if you reached the limit ($50); otherwise you may ask a final payout, but then your pictures will be removed

any body payment for June 2010?

No!

I didn't get anything from May also, my files are there from early May...
But I asked support, here is the answer:

Dear Sinisa,

Thank you very much for your email.

You files were only recently migrated over to thinkstockphotos. You should see earnings from the Hemera sales soon. All royalties are added once a month, around the 15th of each month, for the previous month.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.

I knew I was below average, I just failed to admit.  ;D

Will they at least say "no, thank you"?
