Pixart

I left the film and television industry when my husband was transferred to Central Canada.  Now I see all my old buddies getting executive producer or writing credits and it makes me very very sad.  Now my core job is driving kids around and breaking up fights and mopping up puke.  I've been a working photographer for about 7 years, and somehow the team sports part of it has avalanched.  But, now that I have earned a reputation and lots of clients, I just don't want to do it anymore.  I think they call that burnout?   I promised myself it is my last year in this gig.  I have been planning to launch a new biz, but so hard to give it any attention when I'm still getting bookings and have 7 folders left from last week to edit and order.

Why oh why didn't I just work on my stock portfolio the past 5 years?  I just don't have time for it.  Always on the computer editing clients.  If I had put half that effort into micro I think I would be in a pretty comfortable position right now.

Sorry you are feeling burned out.  But to be honest, I think your sports photography business has a lot more potential for longevity.

Every time I see you're name, I think of Captain Kangaroo.  LOL  His name was Bob Keeshan.

I have had some people tell me that the Captains name was Bob Keenan.... but you are right.   I grew up with that show... Mr Green Jeans was my favorite.
