Hey MS Folks,

Has anyone else noticed that when your upload files to Panther Media the keywords are not being placed in their system thus I have to redo the keywords again. Not fun to have to do so much work on getting files there...

How You upload?

I'm uploading with ProStockMaster, and then "import" at PM page. No problem so far with keywords, descriptions...

Same problem here - last two days.

Same here for the last 2 days using ftp. I deleted them all yesterday after it first happened and re-uploaded again today with the same problem.  I've deleted again and will try again in a few days.

Same here too.  Last two days no ftp keyword transfer.  Hope they get it fixed. 

I mailed support with this issue and got a reply that it was a server update issue and that the problem should be fixed now.

Leaf, can you move this to the proper section (panthermedia), thx bro

Seems to work now, I uploaded a batch and all keywords and descriptions were there.

Just upload and bingo all keywords transferred! Thanks Leaf!
