Anyone else seeing general weirdness at Veer today? Most of my account pages are erroring out on me. :(

Artemis

I just checked (with the prehistoric IE computer at work) and everything looks and loads fine here.

The only thing i noticed a while ago already is that when i check my 'approved' section, the download numbers are totally off.

Talshiar

Thanks Artemis. I just checked again and everything appears to be back to normal. Weird. ::)

How many files can we submit info is gone.

So I presume they are not taking any uploading at the moment?

Hi Sion,

I'll report this to our technology team. They're still working on a few issues from last night's outage. We are still taking submissions.

Thanks!

Hi Chelsey,

Speaking of submissions, any plans of reducing the review time from the very large amount of time you currently take, to something more close to the average of other agencies? I have files pending since almost 2 weeks.

Chelsey Schaffel

Hi Tabimura,

We always have plans to reduce the review time. :) Unfortunately, I can't share any information about specific queue reduction strategies at the moment. I know you've heard this before, but we *are* working on it. We appreciate your patience, and do aim to offer a more substantial update sooner rather than later.

Hi fujiko,

Are you still seeing this error, or has it resolved itself?

Thanks!

Two weeks is nothing - I have files that on Friday will have been sitting there for 4 weeks. I also can't see if or when I can submit any more images as the display has gone (and that was reported right after the site came back).

I think I'm going to give up on Veer for a few weeks and try again in the new year by which time I hope they'll have made things work again.

Can't see submission limit info either, but I did submit more than 30 pics today, which is more than the the limit I remembered to have. Does it mean submissions are unlimited now, like SS?

I thought that if I submitted a few images it might tell me then how many I was permitted, but that wasn't the case. It accepted the test (5 images) into the huge pile of pending images, but no information about how many more. I used to be able to submit 50 per time period - a week I think?

Back to plan A - wait until next year :)

Chelsey Schaffel

Those of you unable to see your weekly limit displayed--would you mind letting me know which browser you're using?

Jsnover, the standard weekly limit remains at 50 images.

We'll try to get the display issue resolved asap.

Thanks folks!

Chelsey,

I'm on Safari 5.1.2 (MacOS).  The upload limit disappeared with your Tuesday update.  Same with Firefox 8.0.1.

Jo Ann Snover

Firefox 7.0.1, google Chrome 15.0.874.121, Safari 5.1.2 (6534.52.7) all on mac 10.6.8

No weekly limit on any of them since the update

Chelsey Schaffel

Thanks, both of you. I've reported the details to our technology team. Hope to have this resolved soon.
