Working well... last submitted pictures are online and getting sales.

I have no sales from US almost for a week now, it's strange because till last week most of my sales were from US.

Yeah I only tried submit (which really isn't important if the buyer's side is working). But still, I'm having a pathetic Friday so far, only a handful of DLs, no ODs so far. So I guess it was down for a while or it's just a coincidence

On the contrary I've had a bad week when it comes to US sales.Instead of something like 40% of the sales, I only got about 20%, at best, from US

There is topic about low US sales these days on shutterstock forum, so we are not only one experiencing that.

I was just asking myself if they have a Holiday over there...With good US sales I'd be on my way to another BME. But I surely wouldn't reach it since I'm pretty sure I'll start experiencing a downward trend next week

Here on Dec 16, SS is just starting to slide for me.

Number of downloads have been fairly steady for the month, but what's hurting me is that the EL rush has dried up.  I had a bunch of days with multiple ELs early in the month, but those stopped around Dec 6... so my daily dollar totals look to be really heading down because of this.

But I comfort myself in comparing the daily totals to what I did a year ago.  It looks like the holiday slide started right around Dec 15 for me last year as well, so this tells me there's nothing wrong.  What really matters is that each day I'm up on last year's day-to-day comparison by about 50% each day.  (That's not comparing Dec 16, 2011 to Dec 16, 2010,  but the third Friday in Dec 2011 to the third Friday in Dec 2010... otherwise I'd be comparing some weekdays to weekends.)

It's down for me too and I still get loads and loads of files not going through to them from Filezilla even though Filezilla says they all went through ok.

Down for me too. It showed a pile of footage dls before it went down. Not sure if those are real or just part of the glitch.

I was able to get into my daily D/L page and it's down now too

Looks like the whole site is down.  The buyers area isn't even loading at all.

Yep. First I wasn't able to submit files, but the forum was still working. Now the whole site is down. Mayday, mayday USS Shutterstock is going down.

Yep, it's down here.  I had a heck of a time logging in this morning too.
