What do you mean, it took way over a month last year once to get our earnings...I'd say getting the money after 3 weeks of the following month had passed is standard over there.

I had forgotten about that, was that a bug last year? I wonder if they are are having yet more problems with the site?

True. Mind you, laying off 30 members of staff probably hasn't helped the situation. I still only have about 5% of my port transferred to the PP although it is weeks/months since they made it 'mandatory' for independents. Heigh-ho.

That would have been via StockXpert, wouldn't it? I don't recall it ever taking more than a month at iS. I think there are a few times when it has run on for three weeks, though.

Over the weekend and yesterday I jumped from 25/2500 to 193/2500 - all old stuff (the 25 were all over the map in terms of age of the file). Perhaps they're getting serious about transferring the files, finally.

It's a shame nobody over there can manage to walk and chew gum at the same time.  So they are finally managing to get the image transfer function working, but the payout function appears to have gone down?  This is so embarrassing.

You're right. I only checked the other day but suddenly my port size there has more than doubled since then.

In February, 2011 we didn't receive any PP earnings at all.  We were paid for January and February in March, 2011.  I hope there's no repeat of that this year!
