i see the earning figures are not updating since mid 17 April, sales are still happening but not reflected on download stats page.

anyone else the same?

The stats thing started yesterday some time but actually started on the 17th because i have just gone back and checked and am missing 2 sales from the 17th and 2 sales from the 18th? Also i just did a bunch of screen captures to the stats pages for backup for SS! So everyone check your stats close and go back a day or two when checking and do screen captures.

Yep!  but sales are still coming in. A glitch or something.

No problems here.  Everything is matching up.

Same for me, updates stopped on the 17th. Only place to see the sales are the world map and if you click on the specific dates on the download stats page. Month totals and the single rows on the download stats page as well as the total number on the homepage are outdated.

I've done that and noticed that yesterday around midnight CET, sales stopped recording in the downloads stats page and that the gap was increasing every hour (I'm used to a 30 min lag or so). But I feel at ease, since the sales are recorded under daily stats and are good as they've been these past few months.

Not updating for me either, and I can see my sales by clicking on the date in the stats section. In my experience  my sales have been running at about 40% of normal the last 24 hours. I was selling more during Easter break than I have yesterday and today. Depressing. 

The mystery is over.  Shutterstock has acknowledged the problem and a fix is in the works.  This was posted in the Shutterstock forum moments ago...

As many of you have noticed, none of your downloads or earnings are being missed (you can still see them on the daily summary pages) - this is an issue with the Download Stats summary page itself.

My stats are completely up to date

They fixed my 17th stats in the last 30 minutes, all the others seem to be up to date. Unfortunately my latest batch has disappeared from my portfolio - at least the images appear in the searches I tried.

It is long past time for a secret shopper for this industry.  It really makes you wonder how many of these "bugs" go unnoticed by us.
