I am pretty new to the site. I would just like to say hi.

I have done stock for some time now. It sells reasonably well. I am getting too old to be a part of new things. I am a relaxed kind of guy.

Welcome - are you selling stock via the micros or traditional agencies? If nothing else, working with the agencies in an ever-shifting environment will keep you on your toes - I think new things are part of the landscape, so perhaps it'll keep you young

been in the Caribbean many times, Jamaica, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Antigua, this year will go to St. Lucia, if I ever stop around you I will tell you if I am assuming correctly who you are

welcome! I probably don't have the right to say "welcome" as I'm a relative newb to this site also. But even in this newbie forum a lot of the old dogs are lurking. There are some truly amazing, successful stock photogs here, and some very jaded ppl here. If you're not so green in stock you might fare ok.... I think the rest of the newbs hide. I myself am new to stock but am in my 4th decade (and I've birthed 3 children & tolerated one husband for 12 years) so I don't take **** from anyone.  enjoy

In the past, I  think many new posters here were discouraged by a couple of blowhard "pros" who loved to jump in and tell people how naive, unskilled and clueless they were.  Thankfully at least a couple of those jerks seem to have lost interest and don't pontificate as often. 

When I started this, I learned a lot by asking dumb questions and posting uninformed opinions (some of which turned out to be quite correct).

So I say to all the small fish - it's your pond too.
