Hello.

I am trying to upload to StockXpert using FTP for the first time and I keep getting thrown back saying my password is incorrect. It's not though obviously.

Is anyone experiencing this problem?

Sorry about the ftp problems. Make sure your password is 10 characters or less and it should work. Please let me know if you have any more trouble.

Ah. that may be the reason why then. I will change it and try it when I am back home tonight.

Just to update, I changed my password to less than 10 characters and it now works.!
