Maybe I'm missing something?  Inmagine (that owns 123RF) is based in Hong Kong and mainland China under the names Inmagine Limited and Shanghai Inmagine Co Ltd.

Are you sure this is a sub-distributor and not just another trade name?  Maybe another brand launch?

We would like to clarify that Zcool is one of the largest designer based website in China and we are partners with them.
