Just started to upload some of my portfolio to Photocase. Seems a very well designed site and concentrates on offering images other than the cliche commercial type. But...is anyone having reasonable sales with them?

Look at the right side of the site list. It's called Microstock Poll Results. See that Photocase is on the "Low Earner" list with a zero Earnings Rating. That should tell you all you need to know.

I believe that is pretty accurate too but I am sure we all have our little secrets, not only agencies are greedy and shady  ;D

I tried a sample of different things from my portfolio but couldn't get anything accepted, so I've written them off (for me anyway)

have had one photo accpeted - I really have no clue what their looking for - and they dont help by telling you anything either.. very strange agency ...

I have a big portfolio there now, 5 photos :)  Made 3€ so far but I still like them because they're different.  There's no point in having all the sites selling the same stuff and I like to try different things.  Might take me a while to get established there though, as I'm concentrating on alamy at the moment.

Thanks to all for the responses on this query.
By selectively uploading photos I've been reasonably successful getting stuff accepted...so far anyway. We'll see what happens down the road. What attracts me is that they are at least trying to address a particular niche in the market. Perhaps other niche agencies will start to develop and prove to be a better option for buyers and sellers than the massive libraries of general stock. I figure it's worth a try.

I have 8 photos here ;D for about 3 months. When I first submitted to them they accepted some of my images. Now I didn't have an accepted file for 2 months, maybe 3. Everything gets rejected.
...and by the way, not even one single sale...

Jury still out for me.

17 images accepted (out of about 300 submitted), 7.8 euros of sales in about 3 months. The only things they are accepting from me is really abstract light painting stuff. I've written a review at http://microstockinsider.com/site_reviews/photocase and as I wrote there I'm not submitting my usual stock portfolio.

it's starting to look like a rather time consuming outlet for my 'creative side' - which thinking about it is kind of what I was expecting when I started. nothing ventured nothing gained, and I do very much like the style of images there... my tastes are not exactly mainstream.
