Just received an email that Snapixel is closing at the end of August.  Not a big earner but I did get a couple of payouts.  Thanks for trying and good luck with your future projects.  Sad to see another site go but there's so many now, it's inevitable that more will close.  There's at least 10 at the bottom of the low earners list here that I don't think have any long term prospects.

after running snapixel on flippa it's surprising they didn't just sell to the highest bidder no matter what if they are going to close it down.

The site would be worth a fair bit if someone wanted to do something as simple as set up their own stock site....

edit.. it looks like the auction was negotiated 'post auction' so perhaps someone bought it and will be doing something different with the domain.

I haven't heard anything but I wouldn't get my hopes up - hopefully they're able to make payouts
