I wanted to be sure that it wasn't a local issue before I bothered support with it, but thanks for checking in!

Is anybody having trouble logging in again today?  I can't get in to my account.

It's not just you.  I just go from login screen to login screen.

I can't either. It's probably saving me from noticing that my balance hasn't changed since I checked yesterday

Me too. Tried resetting password twice and received email confirms both times from BS. Then wouldn't recognize username or email even though password changes and confirms were sent to it. Tried many times. I did finally email BS support.

OK thank you all.  Glad it isn't just me.

Broken again. Don't suppose they are working on their constantly broken upload process do you? For a site that has been around as long as Bigstock has been and with the backing of Shutterstock, Bigstock has become the biggest train wreck since Istock

It use to be a great site.  The reviews were fast and we had lots of images to upload.  Now I only have ten at a time to upload and it takes forever to review.  What happen?
