I've just found that my Bigstockphoto balance has decreased at 1.50$. And in my "Commissions and Payments Summary" I've got an "Adjustments:    $-1.50" record.   
Did someone get the same experience ?

Yes, I probably average about one a month. It often says 'Adjustment (Invalid Transaction)'      

It's a refund.

     I  think  i  got  one  also.  Wrote  to  support  to  make  sure.

I find that when that happens it often follows a particular file being downloaded multiple times (say 2-3) in quick succession on the same day, presumeably by the same buyer.

I've always assumed that there must be an inherent flaw in the BigStock system by which buyers can make multiple purchases of the same file by accident.

     I  didn't  have  the  2-3  dl"s  so  maybe  mines  not  a  problem.  If  it  is  it  will  be  my  first.

     It  was  just  the  seven  days  waiting  period.  I  guess  i  was  confused.

Waiting for mine now, the same delay but when I get a sale it is done, never a refund.
