January 2008:  23 business days.

I watch these polls with great interest to see where I compare personally, I thought someone else might make one up - so here I go - I'll start a new poll to examine January.  Oh boy, January started off slow for me - not much until the 9th, and then I managed a best month yet.   If I managed to set this up right, you can have 2 checks - one for your earnings category, and one of the first two to indicate if earnings were higher or lower than the previous month (December).

The last one I could easily find was from November and the results looked like this:

Less than $100  11 (17.2%)
$100-$250  11 (17.2%)
$250-$500  9 (14.1%)
$500-$1,000  13 (20.3%)
$1,000-$2,000  13 (20.3%)
$2,000-$5,000  4 (6.3%)
$5,000-$10,000  2 (3.1%)
$10,000-$20,000  0 (0%)
$20,000+  1 (1.6%)

Hey Hey. I jump in the 100-250 only whit IS and SS. They also are barely the only one where I have sales. But I'm still happy.

Thanks for posting this. Otherwise I will not check this earnings sheets.

I made a mistake in my vote (first question), isn't it possible to correct it?

Otherwise, it's one less for "lower" and one more for "greater".

Thanks Lorraine for putting in place the pool. I suppose this is earnings combining everything (micro+mid+macro)

It's not clear, but I'm taking it as all earnings from photographic agencies ... Micro, midi and macro.

Earnings up 17% over last month. Still in the $250-$500 bracket though.

Ah-ha, good question.... is that what we did in the previous months?  I think include everything.

Nice to see earnings grow for most.

I am happy to report that trying to reach $100, by joining SS, i made $310. this forum has been of enormous help for me. after all, i have been shooting pictures not a full year yet! to get to the modest level i am on now was both fun and a very hard work too. I still dread PS. the only tool i am comfortable is the Penn tool. I find anything else except cropping really intimidating: layers, masks.
And i do not want to learn them.

Erm, excuse me, but where is the $500-$1000 option since I need it?! :)

Pixart

There it is on the bottom!  Sorry bout that.

I've made a mistake too when voting...how can I change it?

vphoto

It would be nice if  Earnings categories  chart computed the median

MicrostockExp

Humm might be a mistake there, the total is only 57.9 %  ???

fotografer

Yes it's counting in the 'lower than last month' and 'higher than last month' figures

MicrostockExp

I see so we have to X by 1.73 then  ;D

February is more slower than January for me (like -20 or -30%). Still small folio but anybody else see a decrease?

I had BMEs at several sites in January but I don't think I will make BMEs again this month ... even with my portfolio growing daily :(

This month is equal or better than January for me (if keeping current trends).  Even if I don't take into account an EL in IS, I have earned so far 60% of January's earnings.
