Hi, I'm trying to get my new website up and running. I am following the "Getting Started" guide step by step. Everything is ok until I get to "activate" Symbiostock and then filling in author details according to
http://www.symbioguides.com/getting-started/networking-and-branding/networking-author-settings/

I can only see fields up to point 3, "Biographical info". According to the guide, I should see other fields: Wordpress SEO settings and then Symbiostock Profile and Extended Network Info. These are nowhere to be found.

Even when I click on "Network Bonus Info" under Author settings, it takes me to the basic Users/My profile page with no extended options.

After I activated Symbiostock, I received following list of errors:

I did everything as per "Getting Started" guide, which means I'm on Bluehost, and have latest versions:
WP 3.6
SS 2.6.3

Any help is appreciated, thanks!   

The extended author info is now there... maybe it just needed some time to settle. I haven't done anything 

The extra user information appears only after you have activated the network
