Does anyone know what is going on at Fotolia that their servers seem to be down?

no idea - but they certainly are down and have been all morning....

I can get on the site now, but my FTP upload from earlier never went. They won't be able to reject my photos today

They are not really down. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Surely they have some problems.

This is what my boss tells me at my day job all the time - "Sometimes I work- Sometimes I don't" 

there is an info at twitter ava. Fotolia is affected by a DDOS attack, traffic overflow. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Yes. For example I have uploaded 15 images after the 2nd try with ftp.
They appear in my Fotolia page, but I cannot use "indexing" as any time it fails to complete...
So, sometimes it works, sometimes not...
