I want to buy a wide angle lens for Canon 60D camera. Currently I'm using it with a 24-105mm lens which is not wide enough on this crop body in many occasions. Do you have any recommendations on following lenses (or any other wide-angle lenses)?

You think Sigma is better than Canon? How about Tokina?

I bought (ebay bidding) a sigma 14 mm 2,8 for the cropped sensor on the nikon d 200 I had back then. It worked fine, and the lens is super.
It works even better on full frame, just that you get feet and tripod legs in the frame...

No, but you'll have to pay a lot more for Canon. Lets say for half of the Canon price you'll get superb Sigma or Tokina lens!
If you're ready to pay full price the Canon L lenses are all-metal, and optically superb. Sigma is nowhere near L quality optically and mechanically.

I have the Canon EF-S 10-22 and it is good - bad problems with CA but pretty sharp.  It is lightweight and easy to carry while traveling.

Thanks for all your comments. Finally decided to go with Canon 10-22

If you shoot RAW and edit with DPP or Lightroom you should be able to automatically correct for any colour fringing using pre-loaded lens profiles.
