Does anyone know what's going on with Most Photos? Their Mediacloud doesn't work properly, it doesn't save any changes made to captions, keywords or licences. This has been going on for two weeks or so.

I have emailed the support but received no reply... and the problem continues. There is not even any info on the site about this.

I would just like to know if they ever plan to fix it, and when?

Thanks for your feedback and comments, they are important to us! We have unfortunately had a major bug in the system, which has resulted in that certain functions has not worked as it should. Our technology department is working on these issues. We are once again really sorry for all the trouble and hope that this will be resolved very soon.
