Hi,
has someone an recommendation for an US-based attorney?

We already asked our german attorney to take legal action against DT but its always better if you have a "partner-lawyer" in the country where the compagny resides.

If you know a competent lawyer with experience in copyright-law and stockmarket-business , please let us know (either here or by PM).

Thanx for your help
regards axel

You could try to ask Nancy E. Wolff, as she is US-based, specialized in copyright and also a counsel of the PACA which means she has very good knowledge of the stock agency market: http://cdas.com/attorney/nancy_wolff/

Hi Robert
thanx for that hint.
Do you know Miss(es) Wolff personal from legal issues or by hearsay?

Good luck to you and congratulations for trying to make a change

Nancy Wolff wrote a guest chapter about "copyright basics" in the english version of my stock photography book and she was highly recommended by Klaus Plaumann, Ex-Vice President of the CEPIC.

Check her vita in the link I sent you, she knows stock photography well.

Maybe I am confused but what is the basis for legal action?

He closed his account but they are still selling his images and support is ignoring his requests to stop selling them. Thats what I understood from reading the other thread.

Thanks.  This is why I would delete images chunks at a time without closing my account to ensure they fall off pruner sites. Only when I can conform this will I actually close my account/s.

Didn't he say he doesn't want to delete the images himself?  DT should delete them, but if there's an option for him to delete and he won't do it, how can he sue?
