Ray, I've been facing a new problem over the last couple of days. Shutterstock will not update. Normally it would give the pen icon to Input the captcha and then update. However now it tries to update, fails and does not prompt me to enter the captcha

Any suggestions?

Both file number and earning don't update?

Did you upgrade to the latest version (V1.1.6 on Android)?

I think it's OK.You can try to move the app to the external storage using your favourite tools.  If it stops working after moving, just move it back or reinstall it without data loss.

Yup, on the latest version. No both don't update. I think that without entering the captcha the app is unable to get access to the shutterstock information. However it is not prompting me to enter the captcha, so there is not much I can do.

I even tried removing shutter stock and re adding it, and even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. In both cases it simply used the already saved login and password information and did not ask me to re enter them. So that did not work

Just installed it, nice app!

Some issues:

It doesn't load the balance for Pond5 (shows zero).
It doesn't load the number of images for 123rf (shows zero).
It doesn't load either of those numbers for Depositphotos.

And one additional question: Would it be possible to make the notification sound configurable?

I'll publish a new iOS version in a few days, most of these problems will be fixed in this new version.

No configurable notification sound for now, maybe consider it in some future version.

Just release V1.1.7 for android on Google Play. Please update it in a few hours and tell me your results because I cannot reproduce this problem on my own devices.

Will give the new version a shot. BTW is there a way to update the password for a stock agency incase you change it? maybe that will allow me to get into shutter stock

Are you using iOS V1.1.4 ?

Forgot about that - android 4.2.2, dowloaded the app today from google play, I dont know which version it is.

For question No. 2: In the index page, the app shows the current account Balance for each agency. It is not your monthly earning. In the Stats page, it show your earning statistics of some month based on the data after you install the app.

I already got that. 123RF might be wrong because their last payment was not registered yet on the site. That means from 1 till 15 of the month I will nor get the correct amount even if on the site the amount is correct. Maybe you are not extracting the data correctly.

On all other agencies the app shows the correct amount, meaning how much I have on that agency regardless the month. For example FT - just withdraw 120, still have around 49 and the app shows 49. This month I have earned 42 and since i installed the app  1.59.
DP is 0 even though i have money there.

On DP the file number is also 0.

On some android devices, the app will go wrong when crawling DP data. It should be fine on most android devices and all iOS devices.

I cannot find a way to fix this problem for now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Just released a new version V1.2.0 on Google Play: in the stats screen, it can show your earnings by date and also can generate a line chart.

DP is ok for me now.
Can you make possible to start the cycle lets say at 2am and finish at 1am(next day) ? It is not possible now. SS day ends at 10am (my country) and it would be wonderfull to have exact data.

All daily statistics are based on local time zone, it's only an estimation, hardly possible to be completely precise.

Interesting, but there are 7 other agencies in my list. I really love this app , Stock stats. It would be wonderful to set start hour 10 am and end hour 9.58 am (next day) and see the real numbers for a day. If it is not possible...that's ok.
