For some reason when I click on 'History' to see the status of my submitted images I keep getting the agreement but I cannot find any place to click on to say Yes. Any ideas?

IT's a bug that's tied in with you needing to log in every time you visit the site. Been going on for weeks. As someone else said, just bookmark a different page. You'll still need to log in.
