I've tightened the controls, and new  users need to be approved, so that should cut out much of the spam

How about deleting all those spam threads?

my first priority was stopping new spammers from registering and posting.  now I'm going back to clear out the mess they left behind.

I think I've gotten most of it, but let me know if you find thiungs I've missed

also, I've combined several of the less used forums and topics to make it easier to navigate, but noi earlier real posts should be mssing
