I've got a Payoneer card but don't recall ever getting a PIN. So I can't get money out unless I spend it online or arrange direct payment to my bank.
Is there still the ATM option? Maybe I have just lost my PIN  but I see no way on the site to request another: is it possible? (I am in Italy).
Am I missing something obvious? I emailed Payoneer but the silence is deafening. Any suggestions much appreciated - I was hoping to buy a lens off a friend this weekend.....!

You'll have to create pin by yourself. Just register online master card and create pin.
