If to check threads history on ss forums about BS, yes it is clear they behave as a test platform with very negative attutude. Again regarding history agency needs something more valuable to give to restore its reputation. For now no sign. I don't upload already long time there too.

Well they could start by having the same pay level as SS, then they could get a lot more content

There's no way I would give them any more of my work. It is just a test by SS to see if we will take a sh*fting. I am still fuming that they offered the 38c to people who never contributed there before, while those of us already on the site get much less. Still makes me mad now thinking about it.
I was already uploading there when I was offered the Bridge so the only difference it made to me was one less site to upload to.

They should make the bridge program (well, at least the equal payment part) standard for all Shutterstock contributors. It's a shame that they think paying a lower rate is ok.

But they obviously decided that the bridge is only for some selected contributors. That tells me that they don't really value the content of the non-bridge contributors.

If that's their opinion, than why upload any more? I stopped the moment they announced those rates. Once they agree to pay the same rates as on Shutterstock, I will upload again.

I typically only upload to BS my rejects form SS. BS always seems to take my rejects which is interesting seeing how its owned by SS. I have always wanted to upload my entire Portfolio to BS but haven't since they are owned by SS. My fear is that then all my sales would start coming from BS for a lot less pay.

"My fear is that then all my sales would start coming from BS for a lot less pay."

This an interesting statement, and might be near the truth.  Does anyone here have any evidence (or suspicion) that having files at BS equates to lower sales at SS for those same files?

I don't think so - some of the same files sell well at both, although it's hard to make a comparison because sales at BS are still quite low

I guess it would be in a very bad taste to say something positive about BS, or even worse to show some stats ...
